Efficacy

Whitening effect
The inhibitory effect of hexylresorcinol on human tyrosinase was better than that of phenylethylresorcinol, kojic acid, arbutin and hydroquinone. 
The whitening effect of 4-hexylresorcinol is stronger than 377, 5 times stronger than kojic acid, and 65 times stronger than arbutin.

Anti-aging effect - Improves wrinkles and skin condition
Study (below) used HR or a combination of HR+ niacinamide to increase collagen content, effectively promote collagen synthesis and improve skin condition.




Anti-inflammation and anti-acne
HR itself has good antibacterial and bacteriostatic ability (table below)
• Studies have shown that after 6 weeks of use with a 3% active compound (HR with ethyl linoleate), acne conditions are significantly improved, while the overall skin tone is brightened.
